BMW Experience!

We had our first company event since 2019 and it did not disappoint! We drove out to Thermal, CA to race on the BMW Performance Track in 111 degree weather.

First, we ate lunch in their air-conditioned facility.

Second, we took a short training class by one of their instructors.

Finally, it was time to hit the track! We practiced whipping around a short course, then we drove a timed course, we hit a polished pad for some drifting and lastly, we drove with the instructors for a “hot lap”. They really showed us how it was done.

Last, but not least, awards ceremony! The winner of the timed course, the fastest person in our company is….. DANNY!!! Followed in second by Federico and then coming in third John. Thank you to everyone who participated! But most importantly, thank you to our wives (and husbands) who let us have a play day!
