Tank Repairs & Recertification

Included in all tank repairs:

- Date of manufacture

- Leaks at valves or welded seams

- All required safety decals

- Valve guard is free from damage

- Foot-ring is not damaged and stands upright

- Check for dents & gouges

- Tank is free of rust

1. Bring your tank to our yard in Baldwin Park.

2. We complete the 7 point tank inspection.

3. Once completed, we’ll give you a call with the estimate.

4. If you decide to proceed with the repairs we’ll fix your tank.

5. We’ll give you a call when your tank is ready!

Our whole process usually takes 1 week. However, if you need it sooner just let us know and we can try to accommodate your schedule.

Every tank is different depending on the valve(s) that need to be replaced.

To recertify an expired tank:

Liquid tank = $60 for labor + valve(s)

Vapor tank = $60 for labor + valve

To fix a leaking valve:

Liquid tank = $50 for labor + valve(s)

Vapor tank = $50 for labor + valve

*Price of valves range from $25 - $55

We also dispose propane tanks!
