We train your staff.
Ted Johnson’s award winning training will save you time & money.

Is your staff & your business safe?

If you have any doubts, give us a call. We’ll send one of our certified trainers to your facility for a hands-on demonstration of the safe, proper way to handle and fill propane tanks and to check them for leaks or damage. The 20 to 30 minute sessions are conducted in English or Spanish, as needed, and meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.

We find that customers who make use of our annual safety meetings have improved safety records and obtain optimum performance of their propane equipment. Our safety meetings are always free of charge to our customers, unless they are requested outside of our normal business hours.

Are your forklift operators certified?

According to OSHA, your forklift operators must be certified and carry proof of training.

Ted Johnson Forklift TrainingAlso, once every three years they must repeat the class for re-certification. If you have forklift operators who need first-time or renewal certification, our certified instructor is available to train your employees.

This complete, six to eight-hour course is taught through lecture, workbook and video presentation at your facility. Your employees will also learn how to visually inspect their forklifts for your company’s maintenance log, which needs to be done daily, as per OSHA. At the end of the class each person must pass both a hands-on driving test and a written test. Attendees who successfully complete both tests receive their certification cards.

This training will increase employee safety awareness and accident prevention while reducing the risk of damage to product or equipment.

The cost of the course is only $75 per person. There is a minimum of 5 people for a class to run. If you have less than 5 employees that need to be trained, please call and request to be added to a list, when we have 5 people the class will run (location to be determined).
